The caravan welcome pack was quite helpful, i thought. The caravans have a good design. The pool areas were nice. Also they were clean, i noticed.

The bar was empty. Also the restaurant was empty. The arcade wasn't open most times, i saw. The playground did not seem suitable for toddlers.

The caravan was clean and warm. Solar gain kept it pleasant. i found the bed comfortable with the right weight duvet. i appreciated the overall clean state of both the caravan and its surroundings. the nearby bus route offered excellent service, a great convenience.

the caravan furnishings looked a bit old and could benefit from replacement.

the grounds offered lovely views. i noticed the maintenance team was actively sprinkling sand and grit around. this addressed the icy conditions, a very proactive approach. the swimming pool was available for use.

staff members were friendly and professional, a detail i greatly value. the accommodation manager provided a perfect upgrade, something i appreciated. upon checking out the lady filled in a log sheet, our feedback was captured.

charmed by a lakeside hideaway!

pristine surrounding relaxing atmosphere helpful staff

The surroundings were pristine and relaxing (just what we needed after a busy year!). our cottage catered for all our needs, a true home from home. evi and logan at water sports and the pool were very helpful. They were informative and cute, especially to the boys. we loved the outdoor activities and pool, hearing their stories about the island.

the accommodation could use some tlc. specifically, some products need updating for a better family stay.

The site was efficient and well-kept . The accommodation was clean and tidy offering good value. I appreciated that the resort is dog-friendly and secure for children. The private hot tub in the garden provided a relaxing end to our family trip.

The picture in the advertisement showed log chalets around a lake, while we had a static away from the lake.
